PROJECT LOVE BISHAN

Once more, am so thankful for our partnership with Bishan Community Club and the Residents Committees in Bishan East and in Sin Ming!

This morning, volunteers from Zion Bishan Bible-Presbyterian Church and the Resident Committees picked up and distributed packs of essential items for needy households in our neighborhood.

Shout out to the RC staff for calling up the households one by one to determine their needs!

Two days prior, church volunteers labored through the day to pack the items specific to each household, based on their unique requirements. The Living Room Cafe – Zion Bishan staff worked the night before and early this morning to bake and pack the refreshments (for the non-halal and vegetarian households).

Am overwhelmed by the outpouring of generosity to serve!

We had to carefully organize for strict safe management (contactless delivery, staggered timings, pre-packed items, etc.), but the team (comprising Timothy Ong, Shu Anne Teo and Jacqueline Lie ) rose to the challenge. Well done you all!
