Our Church

Easter Sunday – What a hope we have in Jesus who is the resurrection and the life. Pray that our church will be renewed in strength and vision for the next lap, anchored firmly in the resurrection life and hope of Jesus.

Friendship Meal (11 & 14 April)
We thank the Lord for the opportunity our members had to have meals together with some of the residents in Golden Jasmine and the wider neighbourhood. Pray for God through His Spirit to work in the hearts of these residents, that through the relationships we hope to continue to build and grow, they may be drawn to want to know our Lord Jesus.

Christianity Explored (CE) – Having just crossed the halfway mark of the course, we thank God for the seekers who have joined us thus far. Pray for a growing desire for them to want to know our Lord Jesus, and that they will continue to come and hear more about Him. Pray also for our table hosts as they continue to journey with and speak to the seekers about Jesus’ Cross and Resurrection.

Our People

Brother Sum Pooi – Pray for Bro Sum Pooi who is visually impaired. The neighbour’s helper who was assisting him in most of his chores and meals has returned to Indonesia. There is a team of ZB members helping where necessary but it is not sustainable for the long term. We are exploring other solutions for him. Pray for this team, that a solution can be found quickly.

Our World

Nepal – Pray for the work of our partner’s children centres here I West Nepal. One centre that looks after special needs children hopes to expand their work to provide a day care service to the locals. Pray for the provision of a vehicle to pick up and drop off the children to and from the centre. Pray for the hearts of the locals to be open to the help being provided by our partner. Pray for the workers and the leaders to have wisdom and discernment as they serve amongst some of the least reached people groups here.

Income Generation Projects (IGP) – Pray for the various current IGP projects which are in progress with our India and Indonesia partners (e.g. chicken, weaving, piggery, goatery and tuition). May they produce good results for them so that they can be financially more independent. May the Lord bless the collaboration between ZB and our partners to bring forth tangible blessings to the workers and their field.
