Our People
Jackson Aw has been diagnosed with lung and liver cancer and is currently warded for treatment. Please uphold him in prayer that the side effects of the treatment will clear up and for wisdom for the doctors as they manage his treatment. Pray for God’s peace upon Sherene, his wife, and daughters Meryl and Sheryl and for God to draw them closer to Him during this challenging time.
Grace Kok-Lee was appointed and commissioned this past week as the Executive Director of OM Mercy Teams International (MTI). She will still continue her role as Associate Field Leader in another arm of OM, serving a majority people group in East Asia. Do pray for
her as she double-hats in both these departments of OM (Operation Mobilisation) that the Lord would grant her much grace & wisdom to bring about greater synergies between the two ministries for the furtherance of His Kingdom in East Asia.

The 3 priorities for our next season of growth will be (1) Personal Discipleship, creating a (2) Gospel Culture & forming (3) Missional Communities – as we seek to make every member mature in Christ. Pray for all of us to be able to better understand and articulate this vision to each other over the next 2 years.

We thank God also for the table hosts who have journeyed with us all along the way.Zion Bishan Kindergarten (ZBK) – Pray for ZBK as we celebrated our K2 Graduation Ceremony on Saturday, 5 November 2022. Pray that the songs and messages surrounding this year’s theme “That’s the Love of God” will proclaim God’s amazing love, and glorify all His wonderful works. Pray for the K2 children that the seeds of faith will continue to grow in their hearts as they continue their education journey beyond ZBK.

Pray that the teaching opportunities will spur the youth and young adults of our partner to greater faith, obedience, and love for God. Pray that the youth communities here will also grow in connecting their faith to their lives in obedience and love.
India – Praise God for the opportunities for one partner who runs day care centres for needy children to hold children camps for village L (40 children) and village R (120 children) and village S (130 children).
