Our Church

Please pray for sister Elizabeth Hira as she joins our staff. Pray for her as she settles into her new role and into our Zion Bishan community. May the Lord give her favour and wisdom. Uphold the church too as we welcome her into our family.

Heartlands Ministry – 2 pilot runs will take place over the next 2 Thursday evenings. Pray for the core team and volunteers as we gather to seek the Lord, firm up our plans and submit them to Him. Pray also for more willing hearts to #getsent in this way – to come alongside seekers in friendship, helping them come to know Jesus and God through the stories in the Bible.

Our World

Nepal – Last week, 2 from our church left to run some Discipleship Training with our Mission Partner’s network in Nepal. This week, another 1 more will join them to do the same training in a different part of E. Nepal. Pray for journey mercies and good health as they travel and stay in a small remote town in E. Nepal. May trusted relationship form between us and this community of brothers and sisters in Christ despite language and cultural barriers

Lebanon – Pray for our partner in Beirut as they continue providing food and shelter for internally displaced peoples (IDPs) fleeing the war that began there in Oct 2024. They report that even though there has been a fragile ceasefire since 27 Nov 2024, many of the IDPs still cannot return to their homes as many areas in South Lebanon remain occupied and many homes unliveable. Their centre has provided 200 meals each day and given 300 families food packages.  Pray for God’s provision for their kitchen project which hopes to set up a kitchen to provide meals for families in need.
