Our Church

Reception of Members – Praise the Lord for all the adults and children being received into membership today at the various services. We thank our Father in heaven that He is still drawing people to Himself through His Son Jesus Christ. Pray for each of these new family members – especially those who are new to the faith. May God bless them richly with every spiritual blessing and show them how to walk in the Way of Jesus.

Annual Congregational Meeting (ACM) on 28 May – Pray for the leaders standing for election/re-election as they look to a fresh term of service. Pray also for the communication of the Next Lap vision, that the whole church may move forward with greater clarity and unity of purpose. Pray for a smooth and edifying conduct of the ACM.

Our People

Rev Wong Shin Hoe – Pray for the full recovery of our assigned Guest Speaker, Rev Wong Shin Hoe (Hebron BP), who is unable to join us today because he contracted Covid earlier in the week.

Our World

India – Pray for clearance from local authorities for our partner in the northeast so that a church building project can start. The same partner also has 3 young people committing to study at a bible college this year. May God grant them favour in their school admission and subsequent training. Pray for relief and protection from the scorching heat in this season.

Nepal – Our partner visited 16 villages in the north eastern part of the country recently. Pray for local believers and their leaders to continue to shine for Jesus and share God’s love with their neighbours. One couple had their house burnt down by accident recently, Pray for God’s provision and love to overflow for this couple through local believers in this time of need.
