Our system for pastoral care and discipleship is organized around communities. We call them Clusters. Each Cluster is headed by a Pastor / Elder, and comprises a few Action Groups (AG). It also includes communicant members who are not in an AG. If you are in an AG and not sure which Cluster you belong to, please see the list below.
